The PP 1210 2S is a heavy-duty plain-top pallet with two-way forklift entry, built for demanding industrial storage and transport where cartons, bags and packaged goods need stable support. Rated to 4500kg static load, it’s suited to warehouses running fixed forklift-access lanes rather than omnidirectional handling.
The PP 1209 uses a double-deck design top and bottom decks connected by a full support structure giving it added rigidity for stacking and general-purpose palletized transport compared to single-deck skid pallets.
The PP 1210 4S Rack is a lighter-weight (10kg) pallet reinforced specifically for warehouse racking systems, where its runner-based structure improves load distribution and stability across rack beams compared to standard floor-use pallets.
The PP 1210 4S is a lightweight, cost-effective pallet for general warehouse and material-handling use where the heavier 2S/P4 pallets aren’t necessary. At 10kg with a slightly lower 130mm profile, it suits cartons and packaged products in day-to-day operations.
The PP 1212 4S is Cherry Plastics’ largest-format square pallet, built with 7 embedded steel rods and an anti-slip surface for heavy industrial loads. With steel reinforcement, static load capacity rises to 5000kg, making it suited to bulk goods, oversized products and demanding racking applications where standard PP pallets aren’t rated high enough.
The PP 1311 4S is a large-format perforated pallet, sized 1300x1100mm for petrochemical bags, bulk materials and industrial logistics that benefit from drainage and easier cleaning. Steel-reinforced versions raise static load capacity to 3000kg for heavier bulk applications.
